Hi, I’m Erin, Senior Recruiting Partner at Aspire Talent Solutions. I focus on recruiting for CNC machining, machine tool, and other manufacturing positions. I enjoy connecting with talented professionals, learning about their backgrounds and career goals, and guiding them through the hiring process. Whether I’m reaching out to passive candidates or speaking with someone actively looking for their next opportunity, my goal is to make every interaction honest, transparent, and positive.
Before joining Aspire, I built my recruiting experience through roles in healthcare, university relations, and corporate talent acquisition. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting and reinforced the importance of building genuine relationships and creating a positive candidate experience from the very first conversation.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Eastern Kentucky University and have developed expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating talent across a variety of industries.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two young sons. We love exploring local parks and the zoo, and we’re always excited to cheer on the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. I enjoy meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and helping candidates take the next step in their careers.
