My name is Katrina Pankuch, Founder and President of Aspire Talent Solutions.

I started Aspire with one simple goal: bring simplicity back to recruiting. After more than 15 years in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, I saw firsthand how difficult hiring had become for both employers and job seekers. Great candidates were overlooked, hiring managers were overwhelmed, and communication often fell short. I knew there was a better way.

Today, Aspire Talent Solutions specializes in recruiting for the CNC machine tool and manufacturing industries. We partner with machine tool builders, distributors, manufacturers, and automation companies across the United States to recruit the people who keep production moving—including Field Service Engineers, Applications Engineers, Sales Professionals, CNC Programmers, Machinists, Service Leaders, Operations professionals, and executive leadership.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, roundhouse kicking a bag, reading a good thriller, or turning my hot pepper garden into magic (free hot sauce or seasoning for anyone who made it this far!).
