CNC Machine Tool Recruiting Services that move hard searches.

Hard-to-fill CNC machine tool roles rarely fill themselves. Aspire helps machine shops, manufacturers, CNC machine tool builders, and distributors keep talent gaps from throwing their operations off-axis.

Your market is saying something. Are you listening?

Before we ask the market for answers, we make sure we understand the role. We get to know your issues. Every search begins with a 60- to 90-minute intake directly with the hiring manager. We get clear on the machines, technology, team, business pressure, must-haves, and trainable skills behind the opening, acting as a true extension of your team and mission.

Then we take the search out to the people you are not reaching. With access to over eight million candidates across our databases, we target only qualified candidates and conduct in-depth candidate interviews of anyone we speak with. You see only who is qualified, why others pass, where the search is getting stuck, and how each candidate’s experience fits the work. You get a clearer read on what the market is telling you.

At Aspire, we know the right hire keeps more than the machine moving.

“Katrina is an excellent recruiter. She has superior knowledge and skills, but more importantly, she really cares for people. Katrina found excellent candidates for the positions I had open. She listened to the requirements needed for the position and tailored her searches to provide the best candidates. Katrina spends the extra time to get to know each person she encounters. I highly recommend her!”

David, President

“Amazing company with great culture and professionalism. I had the honor of working with Katrina during my job search—she first reached out about a position I was qualified for, and she wasn’t wrong for reaching out, but it would’ve been a bit above my weight class. She quickly found another opportunity that was the perfect fit. She represented both myself and the hiring company with honesty and professionalism, guiding me through every step like a pro. Thanks to her, I landed a role that truly aligns with my lifelong career in engineering and high-level CNC technician work. Aspire really knows their industry, and when they put you in front of a company, it’s for a reason—not just fishing. Great people. Great company. Highly recommend Aspire!”

How We Work

Our process.

1.

Define the work.

Titles are cheap. Context is what matters. We get clear on the machines, controls, processes, territory, travel, customers, leadership expectations, and business impact before we start looking for anyone.

2.

Build the search.

We define the 80/20, the deal-breakers, the competitors, and where the right people are likely working now. Then we build the outreach and screening around the actual role, rather than what survived in the job description.

3.

Directly source candidates.

Get off the job boards. The strongest machine tool talent is usually already working. We go find them, open the conversation, and give them a reason to listen.

4.

Interview & qualify.

We do not throw résumés at your inbox and call it recruiting. Candidates are screened against the role, interviewed in depth, and presented with detailed notes so you know exactly why they are worth your time.

5.

Report what the market says.

Every search tells you something. We track interest, compensation feedback, decline reasons, recurring objections, competitive information, and the places where the market may be telling you to rethink the role.

6.

Support the close.

A signed offer is not the finish line. We stay close through interviews, offers, counteroffers, resignation, the start date, and the early days after placement, because this is exactly where good searches can still go sideways.
